She began her work in the VET sector as an Instructional Designer, developing and validating assessment tools across several industries, including work health and safety, early childhood education and care, construction, project management, and first aid. This gave her hands-on experience with how training and assessment materials are structured, reviewed, and aligned with vocational training requirements.
