Q: Do you validate your training resources?
A: Our team validates the training resources during our rigorous development process. They apply a range of assessment methods to validate these training materials.
These training materials also include detailed mapping for each task in the assessor guide and a master matrix to make compliance easier.
Q: Do you guarantee compliance?
A: Our development team follows strict standards when writing our training resources. We apply feedback from previous audits and client response. We are confident in the quality of our resources.
Unfortunately, compliance is subjective. It changes depending on different interpretations, expectations, and opinions of each auditor. No resource developer can guarantee complete compliance. The only thing we can ensure is the quality of both our training and assessment resources.
We also support our resources with a rectification assistance guarantee.
Q: How does your rectification guarantee work?
A: We provide rectification assistance if you encounter any issues with our assessment materials during an official audit. This guarantee applies to any training resource developed by Precision Group (Australia), Compliant Learning Resources, TotalVET Training Resources, and RTO Learning Materials.
Note: The rectification assistance guarantee applies only to those who purchased a COMPLETE PACKAGE of learning and assessment resources. We do not provide rectification assistance for those who only purchased parts of a unit.

Q: Will the assessment TOOLS PASS audit?
A: Our training resources go through a comprehensive development process to ensure they meet the standards. We apply feedback received from previous audits and clients, as well as our own experience operating RTOs. We’ve developed a strict standard to ensure the quality of our resources.
We are confident that our training resources can meet audit requirements. However, every auditor has their interpretation of the standard for RTOs. In the event that you need rectification assistance, we do provide a rectification assistance guarantee for our assessment materials.
Q: What is the process for claiming the audit rectification guarantee?
A: If the auditors find an issue with the resources, send us a copy of your audit report regarding our assessment tool, and we will complete rectifications accordingly free of charge.
We require a minimum of twenty (20) business days’ notice for this rectification. Please provide us an opportunity to discuss the findings of the auditor and the official report and we will validate our materials against the report.
If you need to meet a deadline, send your audit report as soon as possible to make sure we have enough time to complete your rectification. Send an email about your concern to support@precisiongroup.com.au.
Q: The link to my resources expired. How do I access my resources?
A: We usually provide links to clients that can be accessed for a maximum of 7 days. If you could not download all the materials within the given timeframe, simply request the link to be re-sent to you. Call 1300 626 556 or send an email to support@precisiongroup.com.au.
Q: Where can I access the Forms and Templates in my BSB v7.0 resources?
A: You can find a link to all the Forms and Templates you need under the “Project Overview” of the “Practical Assessment” section.
Q: Why are there no policies and procedures provided in Bounce Fitness for some parts of the Assessment Tools?
A: Some parts of the Assessment Tools do not include policies and procedures because the assessments were designed to be contextualised by the Assessor. These Assessment Tools are intended to be completed using the Assessor’s workplace policies and procedures, if available.
If the Assessor is unable or does not have their own workplace policies and procedures. In that case, they may use the policies and procedures available on the Bounce Fitness website as a reference. We then leave it to the RTO to create their own policies and procedures to answer the assessments.
Q: HOW CAN I ACCESS THE SIMULATED BUSINESS?
A: We provide your organisation’s access to the simulated business sites upon delivery of your digital resources. These login credentials do not need to be registered anymore, and you can use them right away.

Q: Do I have to pay for my training resources in FULL?
A: You should be paid in full before your training resources can be delivered to you.
Q: How do I pay for my TRAINING RESOURCES?
A: Our online shop accepts credit card, PayPal, and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Payments via credit card usually reflect faster in our accounts as compared to bank transfers.
For EFT, bank transfers are most preferred. You can also get in touch with us through info@precisiongroup.com.au and we’ll generate an invoice for you.
We do not accept payments over the phone.
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: After you’ve confirmed your order, our financial team will verify your payment within one (1) business day.
We will send a copy of the licence agreement for digital signature within one (1) business day as well.
Your order will be available for download after one (1) to two (3) business days.
We operate on a “first-come, first-served” basis. The standard delivery time is three (2) to three (3) business days. It may take up to five (5) business days depending on the volume of orders we’ve received.
Orders go into the delivery queue once payment and licensing have been finalised and all required information received. Delays to those steps may result in your order taking longer to be processed and delivered.
Q: When do you deliver pre-orders?
A: The exact delivery dates for pre-orders depend on our development teams’ timelines. Once the training resources are ready to roll out, expect to receive them within five (5) days of completion if you’ve completed your training resource purchase.

Q: Can I get free resource upgrades?
A: Yes, we provide free updates to your training resources but only within the lifetime of your unit. This includes minor changes to the units and we will apply feedback from the auditor, changes in legislation, regulation, and industry practices.
We don’t provide free upgrades for superseded units. Once the lifetime of your unit ends, we can no longer offer free resource upgrades.
If you’ve purchased your training resources (developed by Precision Group (Australia), Compliant Learning Resources, TotalVET Training Resources, or RTO Learning Materials) and need to upgrade them, we offer a discounted upgrade price.
Our robust instructional design and quality control process ensures that you’ll continue to receive validated, high-quality training and assessment resources.
Q: Can Precision RTO Resources write and customise the materials for us?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t offer customisation services. Our development team’s schedule is set a year in advance making it difficult to accommodate these requests. However, we can refer you to an independent organisation that can provide customisation.
Q: I OWN MULTIPLE RTOs. CAN I USE ONE TRAINING RESOURCE LICENCE FOR ALL OF THEM?
A: We licence our resources with RTOs identified by its name and ABN. You may only use these training licence per one RTO.

Q: Can I resell the training resources I purchased from you?
A: We do not allow unauthorised re-selling of our training resources.

Q: Can I remove copyright marks from the documents if I have purchased them in digital, editable format?
A: Under all our resource licensing models, the copyright for the training resources remains with Precision Group (Australia). You are free to rebrand the materials under this license type, but we do require our copyright acknowledgement to be kept on the inside cover of each document (the section titled “Copyright Notice”). We also need the mark “© Precision Group (Australia)” to be kept in the footer of each page.
