Lei San Agustin

Lei San Agustin brings a warm, learner-focused approach to vocational resource development, shaped by her background in teaching, curriculum development, and instructional design. As part of TotalVET Training Resources, she contributes to learning resources and assessment tools that turn broad subject matter into clear, structured content for vocational training.

Before moving into VET resource development, Lei worked across preschool, daycare, and tutorial settings, creating lesson plans, developing curricula, and adapting activities for different learner needs. She also supported students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, giving her valuable experience in making learning more accessible, thoughtful, and responsive.

In her instructional design work, Lei develops learning resources and assessment tools for various units of competency. She also creates simulated documents such as case study scenarios, organisational policies and procedures, and role play guides, helping support practical learning activities within training resources.

Through her work, Lei helps shape materials that are clear, organised, and practical for trainers and learners to use. Her teaching background gives her a strong understanding of how people learn, while her instructional design experience supports resources that are structured for real vocational training delivery.
